Look, We Get It
Sometimes the thing you ordered isn't the thing that showed up. Or it showed up weird. Or your brain said "yes definitely" at 2am and your morning brain had questions.
We'll Make It Right
We offer refunds if:
- We sent you the wrong thing (our bad)
- Your item arrived damaged or defective (also our bad)
You've got 30 days from when you ordered to let us know something's off. Just email us at hello@lowbatterysociety.com and we'll figure it out together.
